Up in the slopes of Big Cottonwood Canyon, just outside of Salt Lake City, we recently remodeled a condo for a client. Built in the 80's this 1200 sq foot condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The client wanted a more modern, sleek look that they could offer as an Airbnb or use for personal use. We achieved this look by adding new LVT flooring throughout, painted all the original baseboards and doors, Sherwin Williams, Iron Ore, new lighting, furniture and accessories.
