Solitude Condo

We recently refurbished a 1200-square-foot condo for a client on the slopes of Big Cottonwood Canyon, close to Salt Lake City. This 1980s-constructed condo includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The client wanted a modern, sleek look for use as an Airbnb or personal getaway. To achieve this, we installed new LVT flooring throughout, painted all original baseboards and doors with Sherwin Williams' Iron Ore, and added new lighting, furniture, and accessories.
